As a Software Process Consultant, you would be providing software process / quality assurance including CMMI based process improvement consulting and advisory services.

As a trainer, you would be designing and conducting formal training courses and workshops on Software Process Improvement/Software Engineering areas on areas like Software Project Management, Software Testing, Software Estimation, Software Engineering, CMMI, Software Inspections, and Software Configuration Management etc.



Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Detailed understanding and implementation experience of the CMMI model.
Able to successfully guide clients on how to define processes, perform process implementation audits, develop a process asset library and assimilate several models and frameworks.
Have excellent presentation and communication skills to perform training courses.
Have the ability and desire to work internationally including the willing to travel.
A good university degree and a software development background would be a distinct advantage.



2.  Information Technology Trainers


Based out of Singapore


Your role would be to develop and perform training courses on areas such as IT Project Management, Programme Management, IT Planning, IT Risk Management, IT Outsourcing etc.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Excellent knowledge and deployment experience of the any/some of the above areas.
Have excellent presentation and communication skills to perform and teach training courses.
Have the ability and desire to work internationally including the willing to travel.
More than 8 years experience in IT Consulting, Software Development, IT Risk Management, Information Controls.

DNR seeks designs for Minnesota

Wildlife artists can submit entries for Minnesota’s walleye stamp from Monday, Oct. 7 through Friday, Oct. 18, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) said.

Designs should be securely wrapped and enclosed in an envelope or other container. The words “Walleye Stamp” should be clearly marked on outside of the container. Late entries will not be accepted.

The walleye (Sander vitreus) must be the primary focus of the design. Other fish species may be included in the design if they are used to depict common interaction between species or are common inhabitants of Minnesota’s lakes and rivers.

Artists are prohibited from using any photographic product as part of their finished entries. Any entry that contains photographic products will be disqualified.
