Processworks Course Registrations
Registrations can be used interchangeably with course bookings, course registrations or course nominations.
Payments
- Payments to Processworks courses can be made by bank transfer, cheques, cash in select circumstances and by credit card. Credit card payments may attract a surcharge of 3% to 4.5% as the fee for the payment gateway.
- The default payment terms are in advance except for organizations that have credit facilities.
- Any cancellations received within the last ten calendar days would be liable for 50% of the course fees. Cancellations made more than ten calendar days in advance would be eligible for 100% refund.
- No-shows shall be fully charged.
- All course registrations are transferable.
Course Delivery
- Processworks shall issue course confirmation prior to the course commencement.
- Processworks reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. Every effort shall be made to provide adequate advance notice to the course attendees. Processworks shall not be responsible for any losses arises from such postponement or cancellation.
- Processworks reserves the rights to cancel the course due to factors outside its controls due to natural factors (floods, famine, earthquakes, war etc) and other factors (cancelled flights with no alternative for in-person courses or due to personal emergencies of the trainer).
Filming, Recording and Photography
- Filming, recording, or taking photographs of the course or any other course participants is not permitted.
- Taking a reasonable number of photographs of contents (for example illustrations on board, or a descriptive diagrams) is acceptable.
Marketing
- Course attendees shall be entered into our mailing list and may receive further announcements of Processworks courses. The course announcements provide a unsubscribe option.
